Adaptation to special wind power operating conditions: Due to the large voltage fluctuations and frequent speed changes (especially in variable-speed wind turbines) of wind power generators, a wide-range voltage adaptation design is adopted, which can efficiently convert the unstable electrical energy generated by random wind; at the same time, it enhances anti-vibration and temperature difference resistance performance (adapted to harsh outdoor environments such as high altitudes and coastal areas), and improves the operational reliability in strong winds, sandstorms, etc.
Efficient grid connection and power quality optimization: It has low loss characteristics (no-load / load loss is 10%-15% lower than traditional transformers), reducing energy conversion waste; some models integrate filtering functions to suppress harmonic interference generated by the wind power system, ensuring that the output electrical energy meets the grid connection standards of the power grid, and avoiding affecting the stability of the public power grid.
Structural and safety adaptation: The compact structure is designed according to the installation scenarios of wind power (such as inside the nacelle and the bottom of the tower). The models inside the nacelle need to be lightweight to adapt to lifting restrictions; fireproof, dew-proof insulating materials are used, combined with a fully sealed design, to extend the service life in humid and salt spray environments and reduce maintenance costs.
It is widely used in onshore and offshore wind farms, serving as the "bridge" for the transmission of wind power energy from the generation end to the power grid, helping renewable energy efficiently connect to the power system and promoting the transformation of the energy structure.
