KYN28A indoor armored movable AC metal enclosed switchgear is a high-performance power distribution device suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems. It is mainly used to receive and distribute electrical energy, and to control, protect, and monitor circuits. This device has key functions to prevent misoperation, including the "five prevention" interlocking function of preventing the push-pull circuit breaker with load, preventing the misoperation of the circuit breaker, preventing the grounding switch from closing the circuit breaker when in the closed position, preventing accidental entry into the live compartment, and preventing the misoperation of the grounding switch when live. These functions are achieved through mechanical and electrical interlocking methods, aiming to minimize operational errors and ensure the safe operation of the power system.
The structure of KYN28A switchgear consists of two main parts: a cabinet and a center mounted withdrawable component (i.e. handcart). The cabinet is made of high-quality aluminum zinc coated steel plate processed by CNC machining and fixed by riveting, with a sturdy and durable structure. The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments: busbar room, cable room, handcart room, and instrument control room, providing overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, and other functional solutions to meet various power distribution needs.
