Its features are as follows: High electrical performance: Using the vacuum casting process, the resin has good permeability, there are no bubbles inside the coil, and the local discharge is small, which can be controlled within the range of ≤ 5 pC. The high-voltage winding is wound with aluminum foil and high-quality insulating foil, while the low-voltage winding is wound with a single sheet of aluminum foil or copper foil. The electrical stress distribution is uniform, and it can withstand high power frequency voltage and impulse voltage.
High mechanical strength: The coil is strengthened with glass fiber felt or reinforced with glass fibers, which enhances the mechanical strength and has strong resistance to sudden short circuits. At the same time, the high and low-voltage coils are closely matched, further ensuring strong structural strength and vibration resistance.
Good heat dissipation performance: Some products' cast coils adopt segmented cylindrical type, with axial air passages inside, which can improve the heat dissipation conditions. An air-cooling system can also be equipped, allowing for increased capacity operation when forced air cooling is used, typically operating at 150% of the rated load.
Fireproof and environmentally friendly: Using flame-retardant and self-extinguishing materials, electrical faults causing internal arcs will not lead to transformer explosion or combustion. The combustion residue is harmless to the environment and meets higher fire resistance requirements.
Stable and reliable operation: The core uses high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, and the new stepped joint process is adopted, with low no-load loss and no-load current. A complete temperature monitoring and protection system is equipped, which can automatically monitor the winding temperature and has alarm and trip functions, providing a guarantee for safe operation.
High adaptability: Good moisture-proof performance, can operate normally at 100% humidity, and can be put into operation without pre-drying after shutdown. Different protection grades of enclosures can be configured according to different usage environments, suitable for various places such as high-rise buildings, airports, subways, and chemical plants.
