Core structure (three compartments with independent partitions, anti-theft power supply, safety isolation)
The cabinet body is mostly made of 304 stainless steel (2mm thick), with protection levels of IP44/IP54. It is divided into three independent compartments, and the door locks of each compartment are managed separately:
Power inlet switch compartment (distribution room)
Main power inlet circuit breaker, disconnect switch, outgoing line branch circuit breakers, main leakage protection, low-voltage lightning surge protector; responsible for collecting the low-voltage power of the transformer, and distributing it to multiple branch lines in villages / residential areas.
Metering and collection compartment (metering room)
0.2S class metering CT, intelligent multi-functional transformer area main meter, power collection terminal (TTU); automatically collects voltage, current, electricity, and three-phase imbalance data, and remotely uploads to the power company.
Reactive power compensation compartment (capacitor room)
Intelligent reactive power compensation controller, self-healing low-voltage capacitor, switching contactor, reactor; automatically switches capacitors to improve power factor, reduce line loss, and save energy and reduce consumption.
Five core functions
Power distribution
1 incoming line, 2 to 4 outgoing lines. Distribute the low-voltage power from the transformer to multiple low-voltage branches, meeting the multi-power supply requirements of rural areas and residential communities.
Precise metering + remote collection
Total power consumption measurement for the distribution area. The TTU terminal supports 4G / carrier communication. The power supply backend monitors the power consumption, line loss, and power theft/alarm in the distribution area in real time.
Comprehensive safety protection
Short circuit, overload, three-phase imbalance, leakage, overvoltage / undervoltage, lightning protection, capacitor over-temperature protection. Faults automatically trip to prevent large-scale power outages in the distribution area.
Automatic reactive power compensation (core feature)
Real-time monitoring of grid power factor. Automatically engage capacitors when the power factor is below the set value. Reduce reactive power loss of transformers and lines, reduce electricity penalty charges, and enhance the load capacity of transformers. For the ordinary model, there is capacitor compensation； for the intelligent model， it can also add SVG to manage harmonics and three-phase imbalance.
Intelligent online monitoring (new intelligent JP cabinet)
Monitor three-phase voltage， current， neutral current， power factor， capacitor operating status. Alert actively in case of abnormalities and achieve unmanned operation and maintenance of the distribution area.

Agricultural power grid sub-area (most mainstream): Standardized on-column transformers in rural areas, providing integrated low-voltage power distribution, metering, and compensation for every village;
Urban power grid renovation: Low-voltage side of community transformer boxes, distribution points for street lamps;

Villages and towns' concentrated loads: Low-voltage power distribution at markets, livestock farms, and photovoltaic connection points.
