Enhanced Safety 24 kV 630 A 2000 A 4000 A Durable High-Voltage Indoor Switchgear is a type of medium-voltage power distribution equipment used indoors, mainly for power distribution in power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. It can control, protect and monitor circuits.

Structural Design:
Cabinet Material: Commonly uses 2mm thick aluminum-zinc coated steel plate, processed by CNC machine and with double bending technology, featuring high precision, high strength and excellent corrosion resistance.
Protection Grade: The enclosure protection grade is usually IP4X, effectively preventing dust and foreign objects. The breaker chamber door remains IP2X when opened, preventing accidental contact.
Modular Layout: Generally divided into instrument room, breaker room, busbar room, cable room and low-voltage room, etc. Each area is isolated by steel plates, achieving physical separation of high-voltage and low-voltage systems, enhancing safety, and facilitating maintenance and expansion.
Electrical Performance:
Rated Voltage and Current: Rated voltage is 24kV, with various specifications such as 630A, 2000A, 4000A, etc., meeting different load requirements.
Short-Circuit Tolerance: Has certain rated thermal stability current and dynamic stability current. For example, some products have a rated thermal stability current of 16-50kA/4s and a rated dynamic stability current of 40-125kA, capable of withstanding certain current impacts during short-circuit faults.
Safety Performance:
Five-Prevention Interlock: Achieves "five-prevention" functions through mechanical and electrical interlocks, namely preventing pushing and pulling of the handcart with load, incorrect tripping and closing of the breaker, hanging grounding wires while energized, closing with grounding wires, and entering energized intervals by mistake, ensuring operational safety.
Internal Arc-Fire Protection: Through structural optimization and pressure relief device design, it can withstand certain internal arc-fire energy, such as 31.5kA/1s or 40kA/1s, reducing the risk of fault spread and protecting personnel and equipment safety.
Operation and Maintenance:
Operation Mode: Supports remote electric opening and closing as well as status monitoring, reducing on-site operation risks. The electric chassis vehicle uses gear transmission and integrates mechanical and electrical dual overload protection.
Maintenance Convenience: Modules can be quickly disassembled, and the bottom of the cable room is equipped with a detachable aluminum plate, facilitating cable installation and maintenance. Some also have online monitoring functions, enabling real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, further improving maintenance efficiency.
Heat Dissipation Design: Ventilation ports are set on the top and bottom of the cabinet, using the principle of rising hot air to form natural convection. Each compartment adopts independent ventilation duct design to avoid heat interference. At the same time, aluminum heat dissipation fins are installed on the surface of key heat-generating components, and fans or heat exchangers can be selected for high-load scenarios, combined with temperature sensors and intelligent control systems to achieve dynamic heat dissipation adjustment.
