Customizable single-phase automatic voltage regulator

A single-phase voltage regulator is a type of electrical equipment used to control and adjust the output voltage of an alternating current power source. It changes the effective value of the input grid voltage and converts it into a constant or variable output voltage suitable for the specific load requirements.

Single-phase voltage regulators are widely used in various fields, such as household appliances, industrial equipment, and electronic instruments. The working principle of a single-phase voltage regulator is based on the principles of electromagnetic induction and self-inductance coupling. When the input voltage passes through the voltage regulator, through the magnetic induction effect of the transformer, an induced electromotive force is generated in the secondary coil of the transformer.

Compatible with single-phase devices: Specifically designed for single-phase circuits such as 220V, the capacity ranges from as small as several hundred VA (for household use) to several tens of kVA (for small industrial equipment). It can provide a stable power supply for single-phase electrical devices such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and precision instruments, preventing damage to the equipment and a decrease in efficiency caused by excessive or insufficient voltage.
Safety and convenience: It has overcurrent, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection functions. Some models come with indicator lights or displays, which clearly show the voltage status. The structure is compact, and the installation method is flexible (wall-mounted or desktop style), suitable for home, laboratory, and small commercial settings, making it a practical device for dealing with unstable grid voltages.
